Can anyone clarify for me… I know Sam was named after Samuel but he’d always say “that’s not my name” when Rowena, etc called him that and I was under the impression his actual legal name was just Sam. Like Dean was named after Deana but obviously his name is just Dean. And Samuel is like a nickname kind of. I was on the wiki earlier and they said this episode is the first time Dean calls Sam by his full name but I refuse to believe this whole time Sam’s actual name has been Samuel.

I want a brotherly relationship like Sam and Dean have with my best friend who’s like my bro.

Theres something so satisfying of Sam/Jared and Dean/Jensen singing together the “working on our night moves” line. This episode is already great as it is and there’s something so comforting about this scene because is such a brotherly moment. The last time I think we saw the brothers singing together was back in season 3 when Dean was trying to distract Sam. And Sam singing “Out in backseat of my brother’s 67’ Chevy” is just- brother moment man- the “It’s Sam” to Dean calling him “Samuel” because he wouldn’t have minded “Sammy” at this point on in the show, the “Don’t night move me” meaning this has probably happened before- I miss the brothers being happy

This kind of scene should be the ending of the series... oh whait.... episode 15x19 ends with the same scene. This should be a happy ending for both brothers, because real ending was bad for Dean who deserved better and Sam who had to live without the most important person in his live. Thats my opinion. This is fiction so i can just imagine tha series ended like this, and i do.

I was 13 when this show came out in October 2005, followed it all the time, was a major part of my life, my wife and I named our son Dean ❤️. It was a ride unlike any other watching the bond between Sam and Dean grow over 15 years, and no doubt endings are hard, but in the end, nothing really ends, does it? 🥲
